INEMUR has extensive experience of the automatic acquisition of data to be processed through the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software with the aim of obtaining real time information that helps clients to make the right decisions to improve productive processes.
Such data are collected directly by our systems or by acquisition elements installed to this effect, and allow the MES software to perform calculations with them and offer sensitive information.
With this tool, in addition to measuring parameters such as OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and others KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), which provide performance level indicators of the processes, relevant information is provided for facilitating decision-making relating to personnel, supplies, quality, maintenance matters, etc.
It is also possible to link and work together with the information collected by the MES software and by the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as well as with our SCADA system.
